We sincerely regret the frustration surrounding your Fabric A-Frame purchase, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive only the insert when you expected the full frame as well. Upon reviewing the product page, we found that the first selection made during design is the Bundle Option, where customers choose between "Frame + Insert" or "Insert Only". Based on your Order History, your purchase was for the Insert Only option. We truly regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. To prevent similar situations in the future, we highly recommend double-checking product specifications and descriptions before placing an order to ensure the selected items meet your needs.
